Grand Avenue Capital represented for sale a major woman's retailer whose principal business is located in Southern California. ------------ Grand Avenue Capital represented the third largest electronics retailer in China in the search for an acquisition in the United States. Grand Avenue Capital was engaged by the Sanpower Group of Nanjing (Jiangsu Province) to assist its publicly traded electronics retailer subsidiary in acquiring an electronics retailer in the United States. Grand Avenue assembled a number of service providers (legal, accounting, marketing consulting, real estate disposition firms, and human resources consultants) and prospective financial partners as the team necessary to affect an acquisition. Fifteen prospective prospects were vetted with numerous facility visits made introducing Sanpower to the US retail electronics market. Sanpower ultimately acquired Brookstone in a 363 transaction. Grand Avenue provided valuation and other financial advisory services to the senior executives of Sanpower.
